
so i started this intense workout today and im supposed to have a flat belly in 4 weeks its crazy 40 min cardio then sit ups like 6 diff ways then pull up and other shit..
and a crazy diet no sweets.. no fried foods.. only baked and steamed and small proportion's
but i put in my Que in netflix madddd od workout vids.. like 200 of them like abs of steel, buns of steel, tae bo,
kickboxing, belly dancing, salsa dancing, and mad other shit like im really tryna have a rock hard bod for 2010 especially since i wanna move to where its hot all the time and i just wanna be one bad ass biotchh!!!
if anyone wants to join me and my intense workout your welcomed to join...
but you really have to want to work out cuz i hate! slackers...
